No data is collected in clear text. All data transmitted through the application is encrypted using modern cryptography technologies. Users have the right to request the removal of their encryption keys from the system, subject to the impact on the use of the application.

We implement best security practices to protect user data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the application, including, but not limited to, software, graphics, user interfaces, and associated documentation, are the exclusive property of our company. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of the application's elements is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Warranty

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures to fulfill our obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, epidemics, network or telecommunications failures, and government actions.
